Convergent Mobile provides a mobile communications application that leverages SMS to a variety of companies (Company). This application is used by Convergent's clients to provide services to their customers that include standard SMS focused Notifications, Contests, Alerts, Coupons, Voting, Marketing messages and offers.

One of the uses of this will be to provide real estate listing information on mobile phones at a consumer's request.

Opt-in will be company and campaign based. Users will opt-in by registering at a specified website URL or by texting AGREE to 50283. Users can request one-time information about a property by texting the ListingId to 50283. Users can opt-out at any give time by texting 'STOP' to 50283. Message and Data rates may apply

This program will be used by Jackson Rancheria to send messages about promotional offers, discounts, and upcoming activities and events.

This program will be used by the Montessori School to send messages about important school announcements such as school closures, lockdowns, or other emergencies to notify parents.

Users can opt-in by as a part of the school year registration process or by texting AGREE to 50283. Users can opt-out at any time by texting STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, STOP ALL to 50283. Message and Data rates may apply

Instame - US411
Effective Date: October 1, 2009

This program will be used by Convergent Mobile for its Instame (US411) program for local businesses.

Small and medium businesses can create their profile via a web interface. They can also get a custom keyword which they can advertise on premises and in all their marketing materials.

Consumers can text the keyword to US411 and receive tailored information about the business on their mobile devices. This will include general information such as address, hours of business, etc. but also current specials and offers to entice customers. Message and Data rates may apply

Effective Date: July 1, 2010

This program will be used by Convergent Mobile for its Favorites Alerts program in the US, Canada, and UK. The short code in Canada and the US is 693767.

Users can opt-in by texting SUBSCRIBE in Canada and JOIN in the US and can start receiving weekly alerts. They can opt-out at any time by texting STOP. Canadian users can opt out by texting ARRET. Standard Message and Data rates may apply

Users can call 1-800-580-8295 in case of any problems or if they need any assistance.

They can also text HELP to US411 or email support@convergentmobile.com. Canadian users can text AIDE for help.
